Shops on Harwin dr?

I saw a tiktok actually on here that showed a deadstock store in a shopping center but it's close to Harwin Dr and Fondren. I'm interested in going but I'm not sure if it'd be worth it or safe and was wondering if anyone else has been to Fashion Depot at 8000 Harwin Dr before?
