Y’all need to stop with the trade talk.

We don’t need to tank. We Don’t need to make any trades before the deadline. We really need to see and asses what we’ve got. Y’all need to stop with the trade talk. It would be stupid to do so and here’s why

1) we have no leverage-any player worth trading is worth way more to us than what other teams would pay Due To high salaries (ie watt, tunsil)

2) we still have a good roster. Not to say it super bowl caliber but we need to remember our D is actually pretty young. We have a bunch of rooks and young guys at key positions. (John Reid, Lonnie, blacklock, greenard, even Jacob Martin and omenhieu)

3)we’ve played the best teams in the nfl, (Chiefs, Ravens, Steelers, titans, and now packers) in a weird Covid year w/o preseason and have only played two games without BoB so it’s hard to asses what we have talent wise

4)teams GMs will try to fleece us, because we don’t actually have a GM and we gave up dhop for scraps. Other teams are pushing a narrative to have us have a fire sale because they know they can get our talent on the cheap (as per dhop trade). Other teams will look at the lack of a GM as a weakness and try to take advantage. IE WE HAVE NO LEVERAGE!

5) next years draft is still going to be a crap shoot, if there’s a draft to miss the first/second rd picks, it’s next year. Let us not forget this

6) why THA F**K would we make trades before we hire an actual GM. That would be so stupid and essentially ruin our shot at many candidates. Let the GMwe hire make the trades we need.

7) we’ve shipped enough talent out the door, we don’t need to ship out More!! Soooo much talent gone in the wind. From Duane brown to dhop. Bad teams ship out talent good teams keep talent. We’re 1-5 but we’re not a bad team
