At least we don’t have Billy Boy as our Offensive Coordinator

Is the play-calling weak and predictable? Sure. Is the o line a disaster? God Yes. And does it feel like everything that can go wrong is going wrong on every single play every single week? Abso-fucking-lutely.

But at least we don’t have Bill O Brian as our Offensive Coordinator again lol.

Seems to me like we forgot exactly how we got in this situation. It wasn’t because Demeco chose Slowik, it was because Billy Boy decided to hand pick everyone on his staff, including the widely adored Jack Easterby. During his tenure he chose as GM to be the Coach and Offensive coordinator of the team. With that decision we reached one of the lowest points in this young franchise’s history by giving us a 52-48 record. On paper one would be wise to appreciate some 9-7 seasons from a mediocre team but when it came down to how we won those games… let’s just say I get nightmares thinking about Billy Boy on the Houston sidelines trying to give Demeco some pointers. We were not only an absolute embarrassment out there each down, each season, but it felt like everyone was watching us to see how bad Billy Boy was going to f**k it up some more. Aside from him wasting years off of Hopkins and J.J’s careers, he also gave up those careers for a packet of Splendas and four nickels to the same team funny enough.

So for all the bitching I’ve read the past two weeks on this sub, I think aught to appreciate how far we’ve come as a franchise. Because I’ll be the first to say, we’ve came a pretty long ways boys. Yes there are so many things to improve on for next games/seasons like flags, positions depth, and mental tenacities. But I’m so happy knowing this team has so much potential because we finally have our ducks in a row when it comes to ownership, Front Office, and Coaching and Players? One can’t help but to think of where this could all lead to one day, a chip perhaps knocks on wood. Point is don’t be discouraged, s**t could be worst, s**t you could be a titans fan right now lol.
