Offensive Scheme…. Oline….

I'm currently watching the Bucs and Chiefs duke it out. The Bucs are out here doing surgery down 2 WRs a Center who currently is replaced by a tackle and still succeeding against the top team in the NFL. This puts into question why we can't get anything going on offense with our Oline being at full strength and being down Nico. Talent wise we do have the necessary pieces but we just can't get anything to work. Is it the scheme or the lack of time to make something happen? If so do you guys think we need a change in coaching or players? I personally think its coaching but what do y'all all think?
