What’s the care at MD Anderson like?

My brother that lives in Austin may have cancer and were trying to look at possible options for care. I was looking through this subreddit and reddit for opinions on MD Anderson and it seems to be one of the best in the world. Can anyone share what the care at MD Anderson is like for cancer treatment?
