Camden Greenway – I had a residents sticker up – towed

Camden Greenway towed my car. I’m a resident, had a sticker in the window and have lived here 5 months. All the manager said was we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. He also said he fired the tow truck driver.

The manager is well known for doing nothing. He’s pretty much a politician type. Heavy on lip service, and non existent action/ service.

I was sitting in the dog park and the lady at the park, explained, “Isiah is the manager, but he’s full of $h!*. I am now in complete agreement.

The same day they towed my vehicle I was riding a skateboard out of the garage to get exercise at a local skatepark. He showed up to let me know there was no skating. I asked where was he when my car was towed. He explained to me it won’t happen again. My response was that it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I never raised my voice but I was clearly not good with the situation to which he responded, as long as we keep it respectful.

Thus far I have had 2 faulty Chirp access lockouts. Water damage – 1 from AC, 1 from unsealed walls and windows. “Water Bugs” – never have I had these before. Faulty dryer and faulty washer. Faulty shower heads in 2 bathrooms.

It’s great for pets but the amount of dg feces not picked up is horrendous. The hallways could really benefit by a yearly power wash.

There’s no possible way I’m staying here. You shouldn’t either.

The area is great and the maintenance team keeps it afloat,but management ie Isiah does his best to make living here terrible.

I hate to vent, but this is the most frustrating living situation I’ve ever encountered. I don’t want anyone else to deal with it.
