Houston BBQ Recommendations & Info (Delivery?)

I'm going to be in Houston for a few days and I am really looking forward to getting some world class BBQ. I could use some recommendations for BBQ spots with top notch brisket (and beef ribs if available).

A few other questions. Do any of the better BBQ joints deliver on Ubereats/Grubhub etc etc? Also, on a weekday night, how long could I expect to wait in line at a place like Henderson & Kanes or Truth BBQ?
