Help obtaining a commercial survey from the city/county

We are in permitting with city of houston and they've requested a copy of the plat and survey of the building we are leasing. I have searched high and low and have only been able to find how to get a copy of our plat. I've asked our landlord already, but in case he doesn't have it – does anyone know how to get a copy??
