Has anybody gotten refunded for the tickets for the game that didn’t happen on the third?

I bought 2 tickets for the game through the ballpark app for 10/3 and obviously that game never happened. I have yet to receive a refund for the tickets even though they pretty much immediately disappeared from my account after we lost on the 2nd.

This was my first time ever buying post season tickets, so I’m not familiar with how this is supposed to work. I read somewhere in the FAQs that refunds get issues immediately, but I still haven’t seen it? What gives? Could it be my bank just taking a long time to process it?
