Anybody have room in their heart and home for a fixed male cat?

My pieces of crap neighbors abandoned their cat and I am trying to help Him as I love cats so much! I have my own cats and pray someone has space for this cat. I Know So Many cats need homes But I Just Wanted to try anyway to reach people who might be able To help This poor cat out.
