Big Stone Lodge renamed to honor former Harris County Precinct 4 commissioner ‘Cactus’ Jack Cagle
Precinct 3 Commissioner Tom Ramsey has officially changed the name of Big Stone Lodge to honor former Harris County Precinct 4 commissioner “Cactus” Jack Cagle, according to a Sept. 28 news release.
