Anyone else get a weird EBS alert on their TV?

Did anyone else get a weird EBS pattern while watching the NFL sunday games? While I was watching the Texans game on CBS all of the sudden the screen froze and switched to a EBS alert with the words “New York TX” on it while a high pitched beep sounded. I found it very weird.
