Should I Live in Montrose or The Heights

I am 22(F) and new to Houston. I like to go out to bars and clubs occasionally, really love walking and being outside in general (would like a more walkable area), and am looking for a place that would have a lot of other people my age and overall lots of activities to do. I would also like to be near 45 and hopefully near some kind of park. Which would you recommend, and what are the vibes you would say of each neighborhood.
