Best Place to Catch the Lightrail

Will be heading to the game tomorrow night straight from work. I work in the Jersey Village area (290 & Beltway). When I am coming from the house, I usually park by Jones Hall and catch the green route. I can do that this time, but am going a bit earlier and therefore would be fighting rush hour traffic. Anybody know if there is a safe place somewhere along the red route that I can park and catch the rail in from there?
