Don’t bother taking 59 HOV/Express lane from downtown after 4PM

Ever since school started the traffic has been horrendous from downtown 59 South. The express lane would shorten the commute to Sugar Land by like 15 minutes. But that isn't the case anymore. There is standstill traffic in the HOV until you get near the 610 area where it finally clears up. Meanwhile the regular freeway has the traffic atleast moving the whole time. HOV actually took me longer than it would have just taking the regular freeway. /endrant
