I'd like to dive into the world of Mala Sichuan cuisine. However, I have to admit, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed by the extensive menu and all the unfamiliar dishes. I was hoping you could recommend a few must-try dishes. I’m looking for something that’s flavorful but not too spicy, as I’m still getting used to the heat.
