1 Week Left. (Reflection, excitement, nervousness.)

So I've been lurking around the sub for about a year now. My history with the Texans has had its highs and lows. My uncles have been die hard fans since day 1. (They coordinated their season tickets to be next to each other, so they've seen it all. The good, the bad, and the ugly. ) Heck, I still have fond memories of a Texans spirit day during a spirit week in middle school. Had a JJ Watt jersey then. Unfortunately the rough years led to a little separation, though I still followed through other news channels. Heck, it was so bad, one of my uncles, and a family friend's relative who also held season tickets, said you couldn't give those tickets away. (I'll never forgot We Will Brock you from the Dean and Rog singers.) Ended up tuning into the Jags away game in 2022 which was rough. Then, after hearing rumblings from the draft, I tuned in for the 2023 season, and man that was awesome. I didn't think off season blues would hit so hard, but after the season, they did. The hype for this team, I don't think I've ever seen it at such a level. While I'm excited, I'm still nervous since the schedule here is much harder than last season. Who knows what this season will bring. Whatever it brings, I'll be here for every moment. Looking forward to watching and commenting here. Go Texans!
