Glasses Wearers of Houston! How do YOU combat foggy lenses when leaving literally anywhere inside?!

I saw some stuff online but it’s sprays that only last 24 hours at best. I could SWEAR there was a product that worked longer. I’m at a loss. Every morning the devil has farted thick and by the look through my glasses I got a face full!
