I’m not bilingual and I’m applying to office work, is that why I’m not getting hired?

Hello,

So I'm applying to medical office type jobs and other clerical work, inside the loop.

Some of these postings do say bilingual preferred etc.

I have seen some that say required and I don't apply to those.

I'm wondering if the reason I'm not getting hired for these office jobs is because I don't speak Spanish?

When I worked with the public for last, they were in areas that Spanish speaking only was very small minority not majority.

Has been applying to the hospitals in the med center and other clinics.
