Nico Collins Fantasy

I had my fantasy draft last night and selected Nico Collins, who I have not really pick in any mocks. I picked him in the third round, 28th overall. I see a lot of people different on him. I want to hear thoughts from Texans fans who consistently watch him play. Will he have trouble completion for targets, or is he a true X? And is 28th a good place to have taken him.
