Best local resources for rehoming a dog

I wanna start by saying that I'm not posting here to try to find someone to take her, just trying to find some resources for strays and rehoming in Houston. I found a stray dog about a week ago and am trying to figure out the best way to find her a good home but all of the local no-kill shelters are either full or I haven't even been able to get ahold of them. Does anyone know of any other resources that could help me find her a good home? Any vets that would let me put up a flyer for her in the waiting room or anything of the sort? She's such a sweet girl and I really want to make sure she has a happy life. Appreciate any advice.
