Shouldn’t we look for a GM sooner rather than later?

My thought is that the sooner we get a GM in place, the quicker we can pull the trigger on the next head coach. John Dorsey, Oliver Luck and others are out there, I don't see the reasoning behind waiting to begin the interviews. I sincerely hope they're not letting Easterby talk them into waiting for Caserio to be available.
