Help me get baby formula to a mother tonight?

Hi, I'm trying to help a desperate mother in South Central/Museum district from a fb group I'm in, to feed her baby tonight as she's run out of formula.

The emergency food banks aren't open til morning, she's near a H-E-B but I can't order or buy a gift card as I'm not in Texas. Does anyone have any ideas how else to help them?
