Captains Patches?

So for years I heard the rumor that the roof at NRG was broken and that’s why they didn’t open it. I didn’t realize it was BOB that didn’t want the roof open bc he said it made it louder with fans.

I’m also getting the impression that removal of the captain patches was his deal too! What are the odds they make return too?
