Homelessness in Northline rant

I grew up in this neighborhood and it has deteriorating as the years go by. The homeless population has exploded more than before here in northline. I also ride the rail for work from Walmart to downtown. There are ambulances 2-3 times a month near hear, open drug deal and people high af. I almost stepped on human feces in that metro parking lot. I don't know how this degeneracy and filth doesn't f**k with normal houstonians psychologically. Even outside of city hall, it is filled with people that literally walk like zombies. Nobody gives a s**t about anything in this city. Any similar stories?
