Traffic worst ever this week

Anybody noticed the traffic being extremely horrible this week? It might be back to school or something but on 59, for the first time ever.. my GPS said wait time in traffic 18min. I’ve had 10min, 12 min before, but this time, man, I’m burning up in my car at 103F, I got off the freeway and found a restaurant and had dinner at 5:30pm to sit out traffic. I hope it won’t mark the beginning of a new normal.
