WR core for Houston?

hello im a fellow bills fan coming in peace, i was wondering about how the texans fans opinion on who will be WR 1, WR 2, and WR 3.

as a bills fan i see stefon diggs being WR 1 getting the most targets, while i see nico collins ranked higher in fantasy football i just cant see him getting more targets than stefon. what do you all think?
