Westwick/Sherwood oaks

Anyone familiar with the westwick or Sherwood oaks neighborhoods near the northwest corner of i10 and BW8 west? Looks like a nice neighborhood that is kind of tucked in there with larger homes. Looks to be all zoned to spring branch isd.
