Toll tag recommendation?

Moved in about a month ago and I have been able to avoid the need of toll roads pretty well. But figure since I am staying for a bit for my job, I wanted to look into one for rare/emergency use. I can see there are different recommendations – most seems to say to skip on TxTag; EZTag is a bit better and offer some discount; NTTA seems to be most support friendly and has a reward system; KTag doesn't require pre-loading (?).

Leaning a bit toward NTTA vs KTag – but I have been reading that KTag has an out-of-state fee? I am also not sure how big of an influence having a CA license plate will have on any of these.
