Where can I go to get a cheap full body paint job for my vehicle?

I was quoted $5,500 from a place in South Houston. The others I called told me they don't complete full-body paint jobs unless it's through auto insurance. This isn't through the insurance and I would pay out of pocket. Are there any places that do cheap paint jobs for less than $5,500? I'm looking for recommendations on local mom-and-pop places.
