Need suggestions on buying a brisket for a limited budget.

Hello everyone, as the title says, I’m in need of a brisket but have a limited budget. What is the best place to find one for a decent price? Should I try the Latin meat stores or just pray for the best at HEB or Kroger? TYIA for your suggestions, hope y’all are recovering as well as possible!
