Remove old cable, phone, and other lines from power poll

Hey Houston subreddit, live in an old 1920s bunaglow home and was just wondering if Center Point was the best to call to remove old cable lines, old phone lines from the 70s and a bunch of other old lines? Needing to plant trees in my yard and currently those lines are in the way. Thanks.
