Should I come to HTX tonight? (Re: Beryl)

I lived in HTX for 25 years and grew up on the gulf coast…I've been through plenty of hurricanes and tropical storms from Alicia to Harvey.

I have business on the West side (energy corridor) tomorrow and Tuesday, but I haven't found news about where I plan to go, if they're closing, adjusting, etc.

My hotel is booked and paid for, and while I'm not "afraid" of the storm, I'm not sure whether or not it's worth it.

I'm watching the weather and I just keep flip flopping…

Native Houstonians, What would y'all do?
