The problem with our team is obvious

Frankly, BOB doesn't have enough control.

Really, I think it's a decent amount of control.

If you've missed it, we've won quite a few AFC south championships and multiple playoff games.

Last year was a bit of a step back, but we were successful in winning a playoff game!

Literally we were 3 quarters away from going to the AFC championship.

Obviously we've all seen the defense take a step back.

Butt, as we've seen, the consistent factor is our offense.

I really think he needs to take over the defense.

Even if he isn't a defensive genius, we've seen he's an offensive and GM genius. Who else gives Cobb that contract?

Now is the time to seize control of this team and make it truly his team.
