Temporary living for a family of three in Mont Belvieu

As titled, we are a family of three relocating to the area. Signed a new contract for a new build home, which will be ready to move in in October.

Since school will be starting in mid August, we are looking for a temporary living place from August to October (maybe three months)? Called around and all requires one year lease.

Wondering if anyone here has anything to sublease or any suggestions for me. TIA
