Creepy Dude in Scrubs stalking Fishermen

Hi everyone, I know it's going to sound very strange. But at the San Jacinto River on I-45 I have been stalked by a man in scrubs multiple times. One time for about 5 hours and he even followed me to my car, he seemed like he was about to pull something when another car turned in (Thank God!) and he walked off…

Now here's the thing. I bring this up to other fisherman, and to my surprise, other people have encountered him aswell. As I was telling the story to one guy, he stopped me and asked "Was he wearing medical atire?" Before I even mentioned that he was in scrubs. Seriously creepy encounters, and the time he followed me under the bridge to my car I felt I was in danger. Thanks to this guy, I've been avoiding my favorite spots until I can afford a self defense hand gun.

I recently heard another story about this guy at a different location on the Trinity river. He seems to frequent remote locations which I find even more creepy.

Anyone else have any run ins with this guy? Genuinely curious.
