Help with apartment information in the loop

Hi, I’m looking for resident reviews for Forth at Navigation. It meets all my needs, but I’ve seen some negative reviews, and now I’m conflicted. I’ve toured Elevate, Drewery, Park Side, The Ivy, The Laura, and Pearl. (Haven’t toured Aris market place yet ) Forth was the best choice because I can actually walk around the neighborhood, parking is convenient, and it’s so close to the stadiums. I also work from home.
