West University Place announces completion of east side drainage project’s first phase

To improve the amount of water flow stormwater sewer pipes can maintain during severe rain events, city officials and workers took 13 months to complete construction along University Boulevard from Buffalo Speedway to Kirby Drive as part of the project.
