Has anyone received a ballot by mail for the November 2020 election?

Online I have seen multiple sources that state ballots by mail are mailed to voters in Texas 30-45 days prior to the election. The November 3 election is about 34 days away. There is some time, however I want to know if anyone has received their ballot by mail in the Houston area.

If you applied for ballot by mail, have you received your ballot yet?
