We are considering relocating to Houston, and we're looking for some advices… Hello reddit,

We are a lesbian married couple 27 y/o who are looking where to relocate in Houston surroundings. My wife got a job opportunity near George Bush airport Humble, TX. Where will you recommend? We are looking for places not too far from George Bush airport. Safety is main priority and obviously we don't want to live in areas were it floods.
