Jobs for High Functioning Autism Spectrum Male

My stepson recently lost his job. He has been a stocker, package handler and warehouse worker. He is 34 yo. Any suggestions/advice in finding companies that would hire him? He struggles to apply online and it's not even clear that places like Costco, Home Depot or HEB even sees his application.
