Decent neighborhoods/sub divisions/areas to stay in Clear Lake

We are a couple in our early 30s, looking for our next home in the area. Which are the good neighborhoods to explore? We have looked at only Pinebrook so far. But looking forward to any suggestions from anyone with more knowledge about the area (already staying there or grew up in the area)
