How bad is central library really?
Moved to Houston last year and went to Central Library once during the summer and felt very uncomfortable with the sheer number of homeless individuals and rather potent body odor on every floor.
Has this improved at all? People without homes are people and deserve dignity and respect, but trying to browse books while worrying about potential crime happening is not the most relaxing.
