Recommendation for bar/hangout place conducive to disability

My spouse has a disability/ health condition that makes speaking painful. Thankfully he is getting better but his recovery is slow. We are looking for bars that are quieter so we can still go out and socialize without him struggling to talk over loud music. We would especially appreciate an LGBT bar.

We've gone to most places in Montrose. Unfortunately, they are too loud for him. He's tired of going to a bar and being unable to speak. He can speak at a normal volume but at this point, it hurts when he has to talk over loud music.

Im apologizing in advance for posting here as I know this subreddit doesn't like posts seeking recommendations. I'm just trying to do something nice for him. I've been looking myself and reading reviews on yelp and Google. We went to one place tonight in which a reviewer said they went during Pride a few years ago and they said it was a quiet, fun place. Let's just say it was crazy loud.
