Whats the deal with Richmond Arms Pub?

google maps used to say temporarily closed for like the past year, and i heard from someone on this sub that knows the owners that they were still looking to re-open this year, but now the maps says permanently closed.

can anyone confirm? is it just a vacant building now? that would suck because this was one of favorite bars and one of only decent ones left on the Richmond strip.
