8800 S. Braeswood – What WAS it?

The algorithm delivered https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTLtr9tVD/ to me and someone in the comments identified it as an absolutely horrifying apartment at 8800 S. Braeswood.

It looks like it was an embassy suites at one time, but with it's location I'm almost certain it flooded during Allison, if it's that old, Harvey, Memorial Day floods, and probably a few others.

Any old swamplot or HAIF regulars know more?
