Recommendation needed; how to find a furnished apartment in Houston

I am moving from California to Houston next month for a job. Since I am not sure if I want to stay in Houston for more than a year I don’t want to invest in purchasing new furniture. How can I find one bed apt in the major complexes. Majority of them are unfinished. Is it worth it going with a furnished option and pay more rent?
