Hit and run this morning

My girlfriend was involved in a hit and run this morning at approximately 6:30 AM this morning going northbound i45 just before the 610 exit. I was hoping if anyone might have witnessed or got dashcam footage of the accident. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
