Changes from HCTRA. Most notable: free EZ Tag stickers (finally)!

Dear EZ TAG Customer,

The Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) has updated the terms of the EZ TAG Account holder agreement to improve service to our customers. The changes to the agreement are intended to provide more flexibility for new and existing EZ TAG accounts.

Below are some of the key changes:

Lower Minimum Toll Balance 

The minimum prepaid toll balance (rebill amount) is now $20 for up to two vehicles.

The EZ TAG Agreement includes a chart that explains the minimum toll balance required for the number of vehicles on an account. The replenishment (rebill) amount will NOT automatically update for existing EZ TAG accounts.

Learn more about updating your replenishment amount here. Lower EZ TAG Sticker Fee No charge for new EZ TAGs (sticker tags) for up to eight (8) per account, and $2.00 for each tag thereafter.
