How much are lawn services (mow, edge and blow) going for these days???

I'm currently in the market for a new lawn guy. Have mostly independently managed it for about a year but considering hiring someone on a bi-weekly basis. What are folks paying these days? My house (about 1400 sqft) sits on a 5,000sqft lot ITL. A friend in Katy has a larger lot and home and is charged about $35 all in. I've paid $40 in the past (about a year ago).

I got 2 quotes for about $50 for biweekly so wanted to check here.

What are you paying or the going rate you have heard?
